Lansdowne High School (LHS), formerly known as Lansdowne Sr. High School, and currently known as the Lansdowne High School Academy for Advanced Professional Studies, is a four-year public high school in Baltimore County, Maryland, United States.

was constructed and doors opened for students in the Fall of 1963.
The school’s mascot is the Viking, its school newspaper is called the
Rurik and its literary magazine is called the Eddas. The school colors are blue
and red. Actually a dark blue and maroon are reportedly the original
colors although the shades of both the red and blue have changed several times over the years.
